Employees, The PPC’s Board of Directors oversees all of the company's business and affairs, is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Golden Rule hotline or website, hosted by a third party provider, Syntrio. Through this hotline we are asking for your guidance in helping us to live-up to the Golden Rule. The information you provide will be sent to us by Syntrio, totally confidential and if you so choose to report on an anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. Since its founding our company has been guided by “The Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you”. The golden rule is an essential part of our commitment to servant leadership and has been part of our employee annual surveys as far back as 1998. Specifically our surveys ask employees: “the Company treats me the way I would like to be treated” and “My fellow employees treat me the way I would like to be treated”. Most of our employees routinely agree and answer affirmatively to these questions. Although our employee engagement is industry leading, we are always seeking to improve. So, in the interest of learning from our employees, and under the guidance of the PPC’s Board of Directors, The Golden Rule Hotline was launched in the fall of 2015.
